- Healthcare United recruits and places physicians tailored to client needs.
- We act as an intermediary but do not guarantee employment outcomes.
- We maintain confidentiality and comply with industry standards.
3. Client Obligations
- Clients must provide accurate job details and timely candidate feedback.
- Direct hiring of introduced candidates within 12 months incurs placement fees.
4. Candidate Obligations
- Candidates must provide truthful qualifications and experience.
- No job placement is guaranteed.
5. Fees and Payments
- Fees and payment terms are outlined in a separate agreement.
- Late payments may incur penalties.
- No refunds unless specified.
6. Confidentiality
- All parties must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
- Healthcare United is not responsible for a candidate’s performance or hiring decisions.
- We do not conduct background checks unless agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut.
- Disputes are resolved through arbitration or courts of United States of America.
