Healthcare United was founded in the summer of 2020 by Mike Kelly Croke and Matt Ramos with a straightforward goal: build a recruiting firm that delivers real results for healthcare organizations without unnecessary complexity.
The company started with a small network, a strong work ethic, and a focus on permanent placement for physicians and advanced practice providers. From the beginning, the approach was simple. Understand each client’s exact need, identify qualified candidates, and move quickly to connect the right people.
Operating out of New Haven County, Connecticut, Healthcare United steadily expanded its reach by building relationships with hospitals, medical groups, and private practices across the country.
